Job Summary:
As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in shaping our vision by leading multi-channel digital campaigns, leveraging marketing automation, and optimizing data-driven strategies. Your expertise in executing innovative digital marketing initiatives will help us build brand awareness, engage our diverse audience, and propel our platform to a position of influence within the biotech ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Acquisition & Product Development Support :
- Digital Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email) using A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
- User Behavior Analytics: Monitor user journeys, deploy automated surveys to capture feedback, and inform product enhancements.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Manage marketing workflows and integrate digital CRM to track engagement and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Brand Building & Market Growth/Expansion:
- Content & SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings, focusing on bio-research-related keywords and industry trends.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions for the bio-research platform and other websites.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Use advanced analytics to monitor campaign ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies to support market expansion and improved brand performance.
Qualifications:
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years in digital marketing, with proven expertise in running ads, SEO, website optimization, and user data analysis.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and website analytics.
- Fluent English for global collaboration
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate work.

- Experience working with multi-website portfolios or SaaS platforms.
